The SU-EFC is hosting a student from Cornell University’s “CALS NYS Internship Program” this summer. The program connects organizations with Cornell University students interested in gaining experience in community engagement. The SU-EFC welcomed Anthony Xavier Arce to its team in early June. Anthony will focus on environmental technical assistance efforts for communities throughout the Southern Tier. His work will help communities with decisions and projects regarding infrastructure, financing, and resiliency. Anthony is a Sophmore in Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Stay tuned to learn about technical assistance opportunities for Southern Tier communities this summer.
