NYSERDA has made financial incentives available to install high-efficient and low-emissions approved wood pellet boilers and advanced cordwood boilers with thermal storage for qualified residential and commercial customers. The goal of the program is to better commercialize the new wood heating industry.
Eligible Recipients:
The program is open to all New York State residents without access to natural gas service. Costumers must use an eligible installer/contractor approved by NYSERDA to have access to the incentives.
Eligible Projects:
The installation of approved wood pellet boilers and advanced cordwood boilers with thermal storage and an output of 300,000 Btu/hr or less.

December 31, 2021 or until funds are fully exhausted.
