Oct 20, 2014 – Feasibility Study for Local Meat and Poultry Processing Facility RFP

Southern Tier West Regional Planning and Development Board (STW) invites responses from qualified Consultants to provide services related to conducting a feasibility study for a Local Meat and Poultry Processing Facility within the southeastern region of New York State, specifically Chautauqua, Cattarugus and Allegany Counties.

STW is the regional planning entiry for the Southwestern part of New York State, a rural geographic area sharing its southern border with the northern portion of Pennsylvania and some of its northern border areas with Lake Erie, southern Erie County and southern Wyoming County.

The project will provide an independently-prepared (i.e. consultant-prepared) feasibility study, recommended action steps, and business planning guidance related to the potential development of a regionalized meat and/or poultry processing facility.

Only proposals received on or before 5:00pm on Monday, November 30, 2014 shall be considered.
