Join EPA Region 2 and Syracuse University Environmental Finance Center for an informational webinar designed to help communities understand how to get started and successfully navigate the EPA FY2026 Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) Community Grant application process.
This session is intended for FY2026 CDS communities and partners seeking guidance on next steps, timelines, and available support to help move their projects forward.
Participants will learn what to expect during EPA’s initial project meetings, including key topics such as technical corrections, cost share waivers, procurement requirements, and National Environmental Policy Act NEPA) considerations.
The webinar will also highlight available resources and technical assistance to support communities throughout the process.
