The NY-Sun Commercial/Industrial Incentive Program offers performance-based incentives that are available through NYSERDA for the installation of new grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) systems greater than 200 kW that offset the use of grid-supplied electricity.
Eligible Recipients:
Commercial and industrial entities that install systems greater than 200 kW through the use of an eligible contractor that has sent a completed and signed PV Installer/Contractor Application package to NYSERDA.
Eligible Projects:
Eligible projects include the installation of a new grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) system that is greater than 200 kW that offset the use of grid-supplied electricity.

Varies based on PV generation capacity.
Deadline:
December 29, 2023 or until funds are fully exhausted.
