About the Venue
This unique twenty-eight acre retreat owned and operated by Syracuse University is a multiple building complex designed in rustic charm with modern amenities. Located on sparkling Blue Mountain Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, Minnowbrook is designed in the lavish, grand-lodge style of the nineteenth century.

New to Our 2015 Program
Before our conference program begins for the day on April 22, attendees will have the opportunity to attend an optional light stretching session led by our very own Melissa Young. Melissa is certified with the Pranotthan Yoga School and studied at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York. This session will include gentle stretching for all skill levels and ages. If you plan to attend, please bring comfortable clothing suitable for stretching.
